As usual Rescue One sent a wonderful employee to help us with our heating and cooling system, which has a warranty. The visit occurs about every six months. We haven’t had any problems. He helped me by putting up the filter in the ceiling. Thanking Jairo for his visit.

Price for new heat pump system comparative to others, but with extras others did not include. Darren was also very helpful, informative, and not at all pushy. I can see he has a genuine care for his customers. Highly recommend this company for new hvac.

I have two Goodman units installed by another company a few years ago. One unit stopped working and they came out a couple times to to diagnose the issue. they ended up changing the board and added a start kit (as recommended by Goodman). Goodman recommended to install the start kit to my other unit as it was a known issue. So the working unit got a new start kit as recommended by Goodman. That evening, the working unit stopped. Everything on the unit showed fine so it seemed like the compressor was locked up and needed a new compressor. Alex came to work on that, but Tyler (GM) suggested trying to change the capacitor as that could be an with the Goodman units. OMG!! that worked. Tyler saved me a whole lot of money. I really appreciate that Rescue One never tried to up sell anything and they always tried to find the most effective solution and keep cost low. Really...

We had 2 new outdoor fan motors installed this morning by Mike Walkemeyer. He did a fantastic job, quick and professional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a unit from Rescue One air in 2021. Luckily we have regular maintenance and labor warranty as part of our plan. If you aren’t aware of the maintenance and labor warranty I definitely recommend, especially with how poorly things are made nowadays, you’re bound to have something fail, and this will give you peace of mind. Anyway, our Tech Matthew was very helpful with explaining the importance of an air scrubber after seeing buildup on the electrical wires from condensation within the unit. He explained that air scrubbers are beneficial especially for individuals that suffer from allergies or asthma as it eliminates impurities in the air within your home. It also protects your HVAC from buildup, extending the life of your system. I was immediately sold as the cost was minimal and my fiancé suffers from both asthma and allergies. Looking forward to cleaner air! Thanks Rescue...

We had a problem with our heat not coming on when thermostat was set. Their service agent Brandon was here on time. He listened to our problem and after checking everything out said we should replace the thermostat. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. . I would recommend this company to to anyone.

Technician, Wayne was excellent at communicating every detail of his performance. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. There is a lack of communication with clients at the front desk phone tho. Clients should be informed if the tech will be late. We need updates. If this wasn't an issue I would give Rescue Air 5 stars

I appreciated that he took the time to explain the differences between the AC systems, installation, etc. It is often difficult to get contractors/tradesmen/repair men to speak to me (woman) as an equal, and he did.

I’ve had three different technicians out and they were all great. Just had David out and he was incredible. Love the company’s ethics and availability. He was at my house very late and never complained. Needed him bad and he came through!

I can't praise Wayne enough! He explained everything to me of the work he was doing, and I could tell he really loves his work. Very knowledgeable, and the most pleasant service person I've ever encountered.

I've had consistently positive experiences with the Rescue One Air technicians. Alex Castaneda, in particular, was really great in diagnosing what was happening when our AC wasn't cooling properly. He explained every step of the process in figuring out the problem clearly, and just generally was really nice. And now the AC is working perfectly!

We are very happy with his sincere, very polite, honest, and kind hearted he talked about the whole project we were looking at and the total cost. Were absolutely happy with his line of duty his encouragement was something we needed to hear. Thank you so much God bless.
