The rep was pleasant and appeared very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time doing diagnostics. It's almost to the point of comical as whenever the AC guys shows up, they always find a way to up sell me. Time before this service was a totally new heat pump unit. So you think you're all set? Surprise! You don't have a start capacitor on your brand new unit. Money money money money. Money.
I gave 4 stars because he showed up almost an hour and a half past the window given. Not his fault I suspect.
All in all, I'm good.

I had no problems with both my units after the replacement of both fan motors. Both Mathew & Omar were
courteous & professional. My grip is that you charged me $1,800.00 for 2 $250.00 fan motors-installed with the incentive of another year's maintenance program for both units? The next visit I will be more careful in my decision. Thank you
