My first year on the Rescue One Air service plan has been great, and I have no intention of switching. Austin was the first technician to come out to our house, and now I request him every time. He goes above and beyond to explain what's happening and what he can do. He always takes photos and videos before and after any work he does, plus invites us to see it for ourselves (but we always trust him enough now that we don't climb on the roof with him anymore). I have had nothing but great service from this company, in the 2 years that I have been using them. However, I had the best service yesterday that anyone could ask for from Technician David. I just wanna say thank you for your wonderful service. When my AC went out Richard came over at Midnight and got it running and cooled my house down from 95 degrees to a cool 76 , you really do care about your customers , the PMA maintenance plan is worth its weight in gold , although I was sceptical in purchasing it at first , I can now say it was well worth it . Rescue one came to my home today and I could not be happier. David completed the bi-annual inspection and laid out our systems issues for us. I have to say they went ABOVE and BEHIND to help us out when our AC went out . It was a Saturday evening August 11, 2018 And we live out of state and we had renters at our home we rent our home out to vacationers. The house was over 90 degrees and when I called Rescue One Air they worked to find someone to come to our home in Maricopa AZ. to fix our AC . Richard (who lived almost a hour and a half away ) drove out right away and work supper hard to get our AC back up and running it was over 110 out so it was no easy task in that kind of heat. He was so patient and kept in contact with me with everything that was going on. He did a awesome job fixing it and getting everything up and running and We can not thank him enough.
