I had them out for a service check about a year ago Andrew was the tech I thought he was very helpful and explained everything he did I felt they were a good company. As of yesterday I am posting this for the tech Ryan G. He completely lied about everything told me 2500 to replace txv and possibly add 20lbs of coolant lol I could tell he was totally lying and asked him to show me what he found called him out on what he was saying because I have a little experience with ac systems and he began his bull talk also said he thought my coil was leaking and added another 2000 maybe he couldn’t tell. I’m pretty sure you can do a leak test to check if it’s leaking 😆. I told him to kick rocks and I know someone else I could trust and if he was right I’d call them back. What a fantastic company! We meet them at the Scottsdale Home Show and set up for them to come out and check our AC unit. We were told they would call the day before to confirm the appointment and then we would get a call 30 minutes before the tech arrived. True to their word, that is exactly what happened. Paul came out to the house and carefully explained everything to me...even drawing pictures and taking photos of what was up in the attic. He was so professional, so kind, so thoughtful and conscientious. I asked for a quote from him to replace our 21 year old Carrier unit. The quote was high, BUT, this boils down to getting what you pay for. Rescue isn't just coming in to replace the unit. Mr. Hector Dominguez came today to service my house cooling system and he was absolutely professional, extremely polite and customer friendly. Wife and I experience an a/c failure and gave rescue one a call for the first time.
They sent thier tech out right away "on time"
When tech got here he was very clean and knowledgeable and found the problem right away, a wire that broke loose by the outside unit (most likely our dog knocked it off) Hector re applied the loose wire and did a complete service on both units, problem solved and all for under $100.00

Scam scam scam. Came out on a special to service my 2016 hvac. Found everything under the sun wrong with the system including the main coil was “leaking” because it had oil residue all over it from the pictures he showed. TXV valve was bad, two capacitors where bad. Then it needed a hard start kit and a surge protector. All total $3200 and the coil and txv valve were under warranty. Had Chas Roberts come out because they were the ones that installed the system, the coil wasn’t dirty or leaking, and the coil wasn’t bad. Oh and our system doesn’t even have a txv valve it has a “piston” so not sure how that was bad. All in all a huge rip off and scam.
Rescue one $289.50 hard start kit. And outside coil was $283.77, total for those two things $573.27. Chas Roberts $292.03.

I had rescue air come over to my house to check on my AC system before The summer heat. They called me the day before to confirm the time that the tech would be here making sure that that was still a good time. Then they called the morning of the appointment to let me know when the tech would arrive . The tech was right on time. Prompt service. They strive to be professional at every level from front office to technician. That's not easy to do or top of mind for many in the trades. Our guy Ivan was a pleasure to have on our property, knew his stuff, didn't push any other sales but did make us aware of opportunities, some of which we acted on in our best interest. Today Brandon came out for my annual air conditioning check up. As this is a new home fo me, I appreciated that he explained everything he was doing & why. A few concerns were noted & I decided to take their warranty package. Great decision as all of the costs were then covered. Outstanding Service! Tony worked on our central unit this morning and he was extremely professional. He was on time and delivered such great quality service. He explained every detail of our system and went over all health reports.

The coils were super shinny after he has done with the cleaning and
made sure every corner was washed.

I first used Rescue One Air to have my A/C unit checked for the summer. Their repairman called to confirm the appointment and was on time. The repairman (Ivan) was prompt, and very polite. He replaced a switch on the unit, and completely serviced it. I have never had such service before and will use Rescue One every time I need A/C work or service. Read more >

Update: January 20, 2019. Apology accepted. Changed star rating to reflect the nature of how the owner, Jason, owned the problem and reached out to me to fix it. If he goes out of the way to fix the problem, imagine how he and his company will reach out to you to fix your air conditioning needs with positive results.

Update: 0800, November 5, 2018. Jason called again to apologise, after the BBB complaint. Apology accepted. *removed obscenities - although one can understand the frustration that can erupt a tirade of vulgarities.

Update: November 2, 2018. I just got another phone call soliciting services. I asked to be put in the do not call list yet again. Filing another complaint with the BBB. IT DOES NOT STOP.

We were called by the company to get a seasonal check up on our furnace. Since we had just purchased our home we thought it would be a good idea to get it checked out. Unfortunately the news was not good. Both the furnace and air conditioner had been fixed before in such a way as to make them unsafe and it was just a matter of time before they failed.
