Rescue One does a great job for us. Responds quickly, keeps us informed when the tech is coming and gets the job done quickly. David Wright was our tech this time - great person. Found & fixed a problem that we had been having. Explained the situation and resolved it.

Rescue Air is our go to Reliable AC company. We always call them first because we trust them, they've helped in a pinch and they always are fairly priced and knowledgeable.

Adam performed the a/c maintenance when scheduled. He informed me of options for future maintenance (I declined) but he was professional and thorough.

Our technician, Mike, was great! Showed up on time for our appointment and was very thorough in examining our system. Replaced necessary parts and took pictures to make sure we understood everything. Really appreciated his explanations and insight.

I also want to give a shout out to our front office agent, I believe her name is Dorina. We had an issue with our initial appointment and she was very empathetic, got us rescheduled right away, and even followed up to make sure our second appointment went well. We’re all human and mistakes happen, so it’s nice to know a company is going to take care of you to make things right when they do. Dorina did a fantastic job turning things around for us and we are very grateful for that 😊

Rescue one was amazing from start to finish. Our A/C faulted out in the middle of the night. Called customer service to book an appointment and they were very helpful polite and professional. They were able to get a tech sooner than scheduled.Alex was our tech he was also polite,honest,friendly and very professional. Alex got our unit working right away.

Just recently had our regular routine service on our A/C with Randy Callan being our tech. He was very professional very knowledgeable and friendly. Really great company with great people.
