Alex went above and beyond to make sure my apartment system was working correctly.

First visit was just to install an ecobee in my rented apartment. I was in the hospital (chemo sucks) when he installed. Today’s vistit was to check programming, I assumed I did it wrong. But upon arrival he found the whole system frozen and the motor not working due to bad switch. I called my community maintenance and the said they would fix it tomorrow but Alex was not leaving until I had ac for the night.

Excellent Service Today - sadly not able to rescue our old HVAC unit or warp back to 1980’s pricing but, they’ll be installing a shiny new system tomorrow.

Wayne quickly identified the issues and repaired duct work in an efficient way restoring full airflow to living room. He didn't disrupt household and cleaned up his work area immediately. Thank you so much, Wayne!

I am not happy with the squirrel cage being replaced after less than two years. I would like an explanation about that.
