Randy came out late on Father’s Day, worked til late, and even drove to Tempe and back to get us a portable unit to get us through the night.

Then a few days later Nate and Jason on install worked super hard all day, did an incredible job, and got us all setup with our new unit.

Wayne and the Rescue One Team are the best! Same day service. Wayne is a true and dedicated professional. He was able to quickly diagnose and replace my faulty condenser fan motor. With temperatures reaching 115F, I was rescued!

Jesse Heaphy and his assistant were great. We had our air ducts cleaned and the dryer vent. They were prompt, kind, and efficient. They explained everything to me and did a great job. They cleaned up any mess there was after they were completed. I would highly recommend them and Rescue Air One.

Darren Jonovich came out and checked our AC unit. Came to me and showed lots of pictures and explained what services needed to be done. He was very courteous, patient and clean. I would definitely recommend Darren and Rescue One Air, heating and cooling for your next repair or service.

Mattew was very efficient to deter what was wrong with the unit . Fix it less than hour .

Our AC units were reaching the end of their lifespan with one of them having major problems. We got several quotes from competitors and Rescue One beat them both by several thousand dollars. Darren came out and did measurements and had an install crew scheduled for a couple days later. Nate, Jason, Jesse, and Axel came out a knocked the complete install out in no time. They were all very respectful of property and worked very hard and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend.

Pat did a great job cleaning out the blowers and left the place clean. He was on time and provided estimate ahead of starting the work .
