Robert was friendly. Polite and very thorough with his work. Explained what he did and was very accommodating and receptive when asked to check the attic and above garage crawl space for the units.

Exceptional Service from Pat!

Pat came out to our home late last night when our AC suddenly stopped working and the house had climbed to 87 degrees. We were especially worried about our two dogs in the heat. Pat was out there for about 5min troubleshooting and discovered that the motor had gone out. He didn’t just leave us hanging—he was out there for another hr and he installed a temporary fix on the spot so we wouldn’t have to worry about it giving out again overnight.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. He also worked with us to get the replacement part ordered and will be coming back to install it. Pat truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for his dedication and care. Highly recommend! Randytook all my needs very professional

Very comprehensive tune up service, completely went through the system to make sure everything was working properly. At just $20 a unit it was a good price, my only complaint is that they really try to sell you on upgrading your unit. I explained that I had a home warranty and when they die I’ll utilize that. He then started pitching me on their match pricing for the warranty, which again I had to explain that when they die I’ll use it. I’d rather pay $85 and get a whole new AC unit than pay to buy a new one. This is not a knock on the tech, he did a great and thorough job, but clearly they train to sell the upgrade. I get it, but when I say I’m not going to upgrade, let it go.
