Randy is amazing, great customer service, very knowledgeable. My AC unit was leaking, he came over quickly, and took care of the issue. He is very honest and personable and put our minds at ease. He resolved the issue fast. The pricing is affordable. This is one of the very few honest AC company's around. My 81 year old mom referred me to this company because they treat her with respect and are honest. I wish I could give Randy more stars he deserves it.

Very knowledgeable and understanding

Randy Callan did a fantastic job getting our downstairs air conditioning unit back up and running. He clearly explained our options, was courteous throughout, and worked quickly to resolve the issue. His professionalism and efficiency were much appreciated. I highly recommend both Randy and Rescue One.

I also want to mention their AI phone system — I initially dreaded the idea of speaking to an automated assistant, but it was surprisingly accurate and understood my issue right away. Very impressive technology and a great overall experience.

David was great- explained things so I could understand, was friendly and professional.

Matthew Z was awesome. I thought my A/C might be running a little hot, but Matthew checked the unit and told me it was running fine. He suggested a duct sealing that might help bc I have an older home and took the time to answer all my questions. Very reasonable charge for the service call.

Came to the rescue like your company name says!

Rescue One Air was at my house in one hour last night when my thermostat failed. The day before a holiday as well. Eli was the most helpful and professional technician I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve never had a problem with Rescue One Air and they continue to provide us excellent service. I would high recommend Rescue One Air for any HVAC services.

All techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. Someones been out to the house within 24 hrs of every reported issue. They usually have the needed parts right away.

There might be a few issues in "standards" that need to be set. One guy comes out and we need more coolant, than the next time we have too much?

Overall thanks for keeping us cool and happy in our house. Id recommend this company, but watch out for price gouging on parts. Its dishonest.

I have 2 reviews so I will combine them. On June 30th technician Matthew performed a
regular servicing on my A/C unit he was very professional,educational and knowledgeable. On July 2nd technician Wayne arrived on time for a different issue he too was professional,educational and knowledgeable,he wore protective shoe covers when needed and after entering the attic took the time to wipe down the door to the attic to remove some dark
smudges and he changed the filter for me. I highly recommended Rescue One Air for HVAC needs The office staff Is exceptional also!!

Great experience with the summer tune-up.

Alex arrived and was able to identify the issue in a short amount of time. He performed the repair installing a new piece of equipment w/o issue.

Honest and friendly that’s what matters most. He didn’t try to tell me my unit was done for so he could sell me a new one.

Wayne did a great job. It’s over 110 degrees outside. He diagnosed the issue and even when he was thrown a curve ball he kept a great attitude and stayed with it until every thing was done. Highly would recommend his service.
