Evan was great! Fixed my ac same day, worked his butt off!

Clayton Waddington was wonderful! Was able to look at our unit and do a thorough check over. He showed us any problem areas and walked us through the diagnosis so we know what was going on with it. He was super fair and didn’t give us the sales run around like other companies we worked with. We truly recommend rescue one air!

Honest never pushy and that’s super hard to find in this industry. Rescue one should be your first call not your last. Trying to get my ducts cleaned and sealed with them too!

Recently had a service with rep Clayton. Clayton did an amazing job making sure everything was up to spec with my AC. I had lots of questions, he actually took the time to answer every question making sure I understood. Service like this gives me peace of mind.

I had an with my unit and Wayne came out and took care of my unit and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Inam so happy he was my Service Tech. If i ever need a service again ninwant them to send Wayne back out to take care of me.

Our experience with Rescue One Air has been wonderful. Our Rep. Matthew Zolnierczyk was great. He inspected our A/C unit and gave us the dreaded news “I’m sorry it needs to be replaced” but he followed it with “we’ll help you get it up and running”. They had an appointment the very next day, Matthew and his super Tyler worked with us and met our every requirement and held it at a price we could do. Matt ended up coming from Scottsdale back to our home to finish up our paperwork instead of doing it over the phone.
We can’t say enough good things about this Company, their management and employees. Thanks Rescue One Air!

Rescue One Air just installed a new AC unit . Randy came first to check out our old system. It was unrepairable. He went through step by step how the old system would be removed and the new more efficient unit put in. He went through pricing and timeframe of how long it would take to remove and install the new one
Nate and Jason were the techs who did the install. It was done in less than 7 hours. They sure made it look easy. A couple of days later we had Axel come in because we didn't think the new equipment was interacting with our thermostats. Axel came in with his equipment and went through each room showing us it was indeed in working order. The new one is whisper quiet. We really like Rescue One Air. We have been with them almost three years. We recommend them highly. Great work guys. We appreciate you.

We called Rescue One on a Saturday as our AC started to push out warm air. It’s a holiday weekend and our usual company just wasn’t responsive and pushed us out to Monday. I have a house full of people and animals that I can’t risk getting heatstroke, so I decided to call Rescue One. Boy, am I glad I did. They were transparent - it was later in the evening so they wouldn’t be able to make it, but assured us they’d be out first thing in the am - and they were. Matthew showed up and was kind, empathetic, transparent, and sooo quick. He solved our issue, explained everything to us, and was so wonderful that we decided to get a 5 year maintenance package so we can have peace of mind. Matthew is the real deal, and so is Rescue One! 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!
