Rescue One Air

This was our first time using Rescue One Air. Our Home Warranty company was incredibly slow on finding a technician so we had to find one to repair our AC and the amazing reviews are why we chose Rescue One. We were recommended to Jonathon by a friend and he did not disappoint what so ever. He was very responsive and was spot on with the appointment time. He never rushed to get the job done and move on. He took his time, made sure we understood what was done to fix our unit, and was incredibly detailed when helping us explain it to our warranty company. He was incredibly empathetic and has followed up with us after the repair because our warranty company didn't cover the repairs. He was able to help us even further with some of he benefits that Rescue One offers based on the price we paid for our repairs. My appointment was set immediately. Dispatch kept me updated. Hector was awesome! Walked me through everything he was doing while explaining to me how to check all the levels on my own and what to look out for to make sure my system was running efficiently, inside and out. UPDATE: The companies management and owner reached out and made things right.. They apologized for an incident with one of their employees and stated this was not typical of their company. They used action not words to show they were sincere in what they said, about what their company stands for and that they cares about their customers.

Rescue One Air Heating & Cooling did it again. Shane came out to do a tune-up. He was very polite, and honest. He wen't straight to work did what he had to do, and was done in no time. Outstanding service performed by Alex. He was professional, great customer service, explained everything to me. Alex showed up, and got right to work. He explained to me that I needed some cleaning, and had a minor issue. I gave him the green light to go ahead, and clean it up, and fix it. I've been visiting my cousin in Arizona. She just had her ducts and vents cleaned by Scott with Rescue One Air.
Since I had the opportunity to work with him directly, I wanted to write the review. Scott took great care of us. His work was exceptional. He was friendly, informative and extremely thorough. He did all he could to make sure that we were not too inconvenienced during this five hour procedure. He was careful to leave each work area clean and free from dust or dirt. We used their services to have a split air conditioner installed in our master bedroom. Total professional service right from the word go. The Sales associate DJ took no time in explaining the product, was to the point and had help as he needed from his company whenever he called.

I am beyond happy with this company. I first needed them last summer (2020) when my AC went out. They were there when I needed them to be - saved me!! I was looking for a company to have a relationship with for my AC maintenance etc. Turns out, they offered a service contract and I was sold on not only the reasonable cost, but the Tech that saved me. Wow! Seriously impressed. Next came time for my maintenance. The office person, is on top of it, professional and pleasant. This month I wanted a new thermostat (simple model is what I wanted). Reasonable and installed the same day as my maintenance was being done. I then asked about vent cleaning - Yep! They do that too. Josh offered insight as to my system and what I may want to consider (not a sales thing, just knowledge). This was our first ever expierence with Rescue One, Ivan showed up on time, upon arrival he introduced him self, explained the spaces and equipment he needed access to and briefly explained the process. Along the way he reminded me of the next step and explained his findings for the previous one, which I love (knowing what is going on). He was patient and kind and very considerate. I always worry when someone comes into my home for the first time, however Ivan made me feel at ease and explained everything no matter how many times I asked for clarification or elaboration. Ivan went over all of the options and did not pressure me to make a choice nor did I feel any expectation. He did an outstanding job, explained in detail what he was doing, and gave me great advice on how to maintain my HVAC system. I couldn't be happier with him and Rescue One.
