I had such a great service appointment with Tyler, Max, Juan and Carlos from Rescue One Air! One of my AC units suddenly stopped powering on, and they quickly came out to investigate. After some thorough troubleshooting, they discovered the issue — the pump had failed, causing water to back up in the drain pan and shutting down the entire unit and thermostat.

They were able to grab the necessary parts, replace the pump, and have everything up and running the very same day! 🙌 Their efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Over the years, I’ve trusted Rescue One Air to replace a total of 4 AC units between my rental property and my own home. Every single time, they’ve proven to be fast, reliable, and incredibly thorough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for AC service!

Randy came to our place to give a quote for installing mini splits in two of our bedrooms. During his inspection, he discovered dead animals trapped inside the air conditioner covers. He carefully uncovered the units and helped remove the animals.

I really appreciate his help. Without his assistance, I wouldn’t have been able to do that, and I probably wouldn’t have even known that we had two mountain lion babies dead there. It was a sad situation, and I’m grateful that Randy went above and beyond to help us.

Clayton was here within an hour of me calling - on Labor Day - when our AC stopped working. He was super helpful explaining the work we needed done today, other work we would need soon if we didn’t do it today, and how we could choose what’s best for us. We found the company out of necessity and urgency this time but will go to them on purpose and request Clayton again next time.

Same-day (within an hour) service on Labor Day when our AC stopped working. Clayton was very friendly and so helpful talking us through the options that worked best for our needs, and he quickly got everything fixed and running again so we got things cooled down before it ever got really hot inside the house.

I appreciated the work Clayton did on my AC/Furnace today. He showed me photos of repairs that needed to be done. There was no pressure to have all of it done, but he explained what could happen in the future. He was very polite and kind even though my little dog barked at him constantly. I am writing this review with a big smile on my face. Customer service is hard to come by. I experienced the epitome of it with Rescue One Air Heating and Cooling. We had been without air for 11 days during the worst heat of the summer here in Phoenix, AZ. We had another company out 3 times to fix our 19 year old AC unit. I didn't want to go through that ever again. From the beginning with Randy coming out to give us the quote (amazing guy), to Juan and Carlos installing for almost 12 hours in the heat to Antonio fixing the trim to the attic and painting it. Afterward he was outside sweeping our porch. Such personable people with the utmost concern for the customer. You just don't find that nowadays. High five to Rescue One and for doing it right! Customer Service #1. Highly recommended.
