Ray was a very nice gentleman. He came in took care of things. It was a very hot day and he climbed clear across my attic to get to the unit which is my fault because I have a closer addict to it. I appreciate him and he’s doing a great job thank you

These guys are amazing. They were very professional polite and did a wonderful job. First Ray came out and cleaned the coils and did a tuneup on the air conditioner. Then Jesse and Christian came out to clean the air duct in the house. I was amazed at how friendly All of them were. I would recommend these guys to everyone and their prices are very affordable, especially if you sign up for the five year program. You will save so much money with this company. I recommend them highly.

Since owning a home in 2022 I have had Rescue One Air as my AC company and they always get me right when something unfortunate happens. All of their techs are good but my favorite is Wayne. He’s respectful and really good and breaking down the issues to you so you don’t feel like you’re getting swindled. I’ll continue to ask for him as my tech moving forward as he is the reason for my 5 star review today.

Tyree checked my AC unit on the roof & inside thermostat & ducts. Also put a new filter in for me. He was very professional, personal, & knowledgeable.

Clayton provide excellent service with my air equipment today

We just got our 2 units 3 years ago and one of units stopped working. I wanted to give 5 stars because the tech Clayton was great, he came in looked at the unit and knew exactly what was going on and made a few calls to ensure we got the new parts as quick as possible. He was able to get the parts and install them and get hr unit working within 24 hours. I didn’t give 5 stars because when we had our unit done it was by the company CW which rescue air bought. When we called they had no record of us which is scary because we spent 30k for the unit and they do not show we exist which means neither does our warranty. Thankfully when Clayton came out he asked us if we had any invoices or anything (which we did) and he took pictures of them and spoke with his manager so we did not have to pay completely out of pocket!
