Rescue One Air

My 2 AC’s decided to go out at the same time and due to age and cost of repairs I decided to replace them both. I got 4 quotes, but decided to go with Rescue Air one based on multiple factors. A+ rating with BBB, 5 star rating, interest free payment for 5 years and the professional and transparency I received from Randy Callan the sales representative who explained everything and went over all my options and provided me a detailed quote. After the approval of their quote they scheduled me for the next day installation with two crews and they showed up right on time and with all the equipments at hand.
Nate their leader (very knowledgeable and professional) with the rest of the team Jason, Keith and Julio who were all very helpful, professional and hardworking ( they worked 10 hours nonstop without taking any breaks) to ensure we get our AC up and running. I can’t say enough...

Emanuel was Very informative in explaining the issue with my 2 year old AC unit.

He was very helpful in trying to work out a way to provide cool air do to the fact that the
AC coil part that has a leak will take what looks like
more than a month and a half to arrive.

Wayne was on time and very thorough. Explained with pictures everything he had inspected.

The tech was very thorough and explained thoroughly on things that could help with the units and also for our health. Wife and I will research the products. Most of all the tech was very respectful and possessed great customer service. We loved that he did not force the products on us. Great asset to you company

Emanuel was wonderful! He stayed till the job was complete well into the evening. Promised us he wasn't leaving till our upstairs air conditioner was working. Explained in great detail what was wrong and gave us great advice for maintaining our system. Kudos to Emanuel!!

Jeffrey & (?) were wonderful. They explained what they were doing & made sure each vent was serviced. I was even complimented on the ceiling on each vent. I recommend Rescue One Air highly! I am always well taken care of!

Josh did excellent in performing my AC maintenance. He was respectful of my property and explained in detail with pictures the condition of my unit and items that were in a good state and those that should be assessed in the future. I appreciated his thoroughness. Would recommend this company.

I've used Rescue One twice - both times they came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem, all the while explaining what the problem was, documenting everything, and having everything on hand. Their technicians are complete professionals.

On Wednesday, 9/24/2025 we had an issue with our AC unit. Called Rescue Air and a technician was on the way and arrived at our house within a little over an hour. Our technician, Matthew Zolnierczyk knew within what the problem was immediately and was able to fix the A/C unit promptly and efficiently. The Recue Air technicians and office staff are amazing and operate in a manner to make the customer service experience as pleasant as can be. Thank you
