After my old HVAC company retired I spoke with the former owner (Chris) about the company he had sold to, namely Rescue One Air. I trusted Chris implicitly.

He assured me that he was selective in choosing who to sell his firm to. I called Rescue One after having issues with a different firm. They were good people but lacking in experience. It cost me about $2000 to arrived at that conclusion after having spent my last $1200 on a new fan which was installed improperly AND was not the issue.

I then called Chris who gave me Rescue One’s telephone. I called, they came, and fixed the problem temporarily. The unit needed replacement after just 10 years for a 4 ton Trane!

Yesterday, I was fortunate to have serviceman Joshua E. come to my home to deal with a problem with one of my AC units. I discovered the issue on the weekend, phoned customer service, and got scheduled for a service call first thing Monday. As it turned out the unit was tripping because of a faulty part installed at my pre-summer checkup. The work was completed under warranty by this very capable serviceman - as he found a faulty part installed at my pre summer check-up. He also took the time to check the performance of my other unit while on site and ensure the same failure would not occur . I had entered into a Priority Maintenance Agreement in May and certainly appreciated its value on this call. My lovely wife and I have been satisfied Rescue One Air customers for many years. They installed and service our A/C. Recently we needed service on a Sunday. The young lady who answered the phone early that morning was very nice, understanding, friendly and helpful. Our service technician David Wright was outstanding. He never complained about the heat of day or having to help us on a Sunday afternoon. He told us it was his pleasure to be there and he was going to take good care of us and get us back up and running. He was professional, hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and nice. No company is perfect but these guys will go out of their way to take care of their customers! There is always someone at the office to take your call, Jessica provides great customer service from the office, from the time we call the office to the response time for technicians to arrive, they call and message us to let us know when they are on their way including a picture of the tech and a bio of their background.
