Today Adam Walkemeyer came to take out the bad compressor and install a new one. Adam explained a lot about what he had to do and did to accomplish this task. Adam, like everyone else I’ve dealt with at Rescue One Air, was kind, professional and answered all my questions. The other great thing about Rescue One Air is before anyone comes to your house, they send a picture and bio of who it is that will be coming to service your unit. I appreciate this very much as it’s very reassuring to know who’s coming into your home.

Many gracious thanks to Alex, Roy and especially Justin for working with me to get our AC fixed. Hubby has a heart condition and recently had a stroke.
