Joshua is so nice. Tried to talk to dog, chihuahua, to be friends. I have a barxbuddy. Works well. By end of appointment they were friends. He checked furnace, made sure it was good. All the time respecting that it was the dogs home. I appreciate anyone that understands that the dog lives there, and they are just visiting. Thank you so much Joshua for respecting my little old lady dog.

Matthew came out on a service call and was great. He was very personable. Then Isaac & Jason came to do the repair. They were also very nice and got our unit working right away

Wayne Keith came to my Sun City West home and performed HVAC maintenance, applied rubberized roof sealant to worn and damageds seals around roof flashing and attic vents. He found the main skylight to my bathroom cracked and damaged and provided a competitive pricing quote to do the job. He also informed me Rescue One does plumbing inspections and services and I will have them come out and do an ispection for this too. I love Rescue One. Wayne was amazing, professional, personable, throughough, attentive to all of my concerns and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Rescue One for all of your HVAC and Now Plumbing jobs. Thank You!

Randy is the man and he's true to his work. True gent and a honest man. He went above and beyond and did all he could and he did I think him. Thank you for sending Wayne Keith to maintenance my new HVAC system from Rescue Air One. Last summer I got this new system from Rescue Air One and it's been amazingly cool all summer. Wayne was such a down to earth young man. He was very helpful and even moved my granddaughter's swing set because the bad storm tore thru my back yard. I appreciate the hard work and kindness from Wayne. Last week the other young man also worked the inside terminal only because of the storm but he was great as well. Thank you Rescue Air One for your maintenance guys. They are such a blessing.

Gabe was amazing. He also helped set our Eco thermostat. He was very knowledgeable. We could be more pleased.

Emmanuel was super nice, answered all our questions, and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I love this company! I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad or uncomfortable experience in my 6 years of using them. They always have very knowledgeable technicians come out and they never make me feel dumb with any questions or concerns I might have. Since I’m on a maintenance plan there was no charge for my routine check up but only a small discounted price for an additional service I opted to have done.

Today Wayne K. came out and there just aren’t enough positive things I can say about the work he did! He was very kind and extremely thorough when providing my routine maintenance. He documented everything with so many pictures and even went through each one with me, keeping me informed about everything he saw today. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to follow and addressed every single one of my questions! Right before he left we double checked one...

Randy came out and inspected my HVAC. Very nice and polite. Explained I needed to replace my condenser fan motor. I was shocked by the price, but that’s life today. Overall, Randy was easy to talk to and it was a good experience.

As a follow up, Randy replaced the motor. He’s super competent and I appreciate his cheerful personality. Great technician. Thank you, Randy!

Great service. Came within an hour of calling them. Was fixed within the next hour. We now have a preventive maintenance plan that was reasonably priced. Adam was friendly and professional. Very satisfied.

I have to say Jason and Isaac did and awesome job with my AC I thank them from the bottom of my heart. Having several little ones makes it a challenge when it's hot. They got it handled early and efficiently. Thank you guys so very much I definitely recommend this company.
