My technician was Gabe Montes. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He was extremely polite and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He is an asset to your company and represents your company very well.

Preseason check for the heating system. Technician advised arrival time, showed up promptly and completed the work timely manner.

Clayton from Rescue One was at my home today to do regular heater maintenance. He was very professional and personable. He had read about what had been done previously at my home and it was nice not to have to explain previous work. What I was most shocked about was when he was finished and he was leaving there were no signs that he had been in my attic. He had cleaned up the area. In the past I had been asked by other techs if I had a broom or vacuum. It was nice that Clayton cared enough about my home to clean it. I'm a loyal Resue One customer and highly recommend this company. Thank you to all of you from the office personnel to the techs.

Rescue One has always been great for us. Wayne Keith was the technician who came out today to inspect the HVAC for the Winter. He was polite, timely and patient with all our questions. He did a great and thorough job explaining the system to us and its current performance and condition. We were very happy with this semi-annual visit.

The tech did us well.
