Russell was very honest about my heat pump and discussed my options. He did recommend a new unit and not to try to fix mine because it is so old.

He was great 👍

Did a great job cleaning the unit taking pictures and explaining in detail what he found and also what he cleaned and showed us upcoming what might occur

Wayne was very helpful and informative.

Matthew do my winter inspection finding a couple issues he explained them with pictures after fixing the issues he hooked me up with a great warranty so now we are playing with house money well into the future. Thanks Mathew and Rescue Air. Jim

I have had Rescue One do a maintenance check, spring and fall for my total HVAC system. They have been doing this since 2019. I just signed another 5 year contract with them.

Adam did an amazing job! He was polite, patient, and took the time to show me how to use the thermostat. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before he left.

Jesse did a fantastic job. He explained well what he would be doing and gave us amble time to move pets around so he could go to each room. He was a very nice person!!

Gabe was our technician this morning. He was exceptionally nice. On time, seemed to care when he asked us how we are. Asked if we had any problems (none we were aware of). After looking on the roof, he showed us many photos. Unfortunately he found wiring that needed to be re-done. It was exposed to the air & recently all of the rain. When he told us the high price & saw our faces, he offered to call the office & they offered a lower price. When he left he remembered to wish us a Happy Thanksgiving. Please send Gabe out here anytime!!!

We’ve been with Rescue Air since moving into our new house almost 10 years ago. Matthew has serviced our system many times over the last few years. He is always both personable and professional. He actually remembers who his customers are which helps him connect with them on a personal level. Honestly we’ve had the same experience with several of Rescue’s tech over our 10 years ago contract. Would recommend them and have to many of our friends and neighbors.

Gabe is really detailed with his work. You can tell he is passionate about his work.

Rescue One tech, Clayton, was efficient, friendly and professional. He arrived promptly and did a routine fall maintenance checkup on my unit. He was in and out in 30 minutes!
