Travis was an incredible treasure trove of advice, and I genuinely enjoyed chatting as he went over my system. He was as courteous as he was knowledgeable, and explained systems in such a way that was readily understandable for me. Thanks to Travis, I come away knowing quite a deal more about how my HVAC system works and how best to care for it.

It was patently clear both from the way he worked and the way he calmly and carefully explained each facet of what he was working on, that Travis is a veteran expert. We had a problem with our heat not coming on when thermostat was set. Their service agent Brandon was here on time. He listened to our problem and after checking everything out said we should replace the thermostat. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. . I would recommend this company to to anyone. BRANDON from Rescue One Air came out to do our yearly maintenance check on our heater. I was not able to be there, had my neighbor there to let him in.
There were a few thing wrong and Brandon spent the time on the phone to explain all the issues with my husband and I, even video walk through to explain what was wrong . Brandon was so patient and thorough, in our opinion Brandon went above and behind what most would do. We Can not thank Brandon enough for all his help.
We had a feeling we needed a new system. Our heater was over 20 years old and with Brandon's help we were able to make affordable payments. We are now able to get a new system.

Just had a great visit with Scott. He was very personable, and very helpful in explaining how our HVAC system functions. We needed to replace our air scrubber, which we didn’t know about. Scott took the time and explained (air scrubber) how it works along with our system. I liked also that he checked the air quality in our house, since we had been using our heater for a few days, there was no natural gas malfunction. Rescue One Air has always been professional, timely and helpful. After being our main maintenance provider on our old unit, they sold us a new one when it was time in 2020 and have done all the maintenance on it since. We have never had any problems with the new unit and are very pleased. Our recent technician, Travis was very friendly and efficient and I felt like I could trust what he had to say.
