Matthew was great and very competent. He also helped with our maintenance renewal process.

Our AC went out in the evening and someone was out to our house within a few hours. We received a few updates and communication before our technician Randy arrived and they even sent his picture so I knew who to expect. Due to safety concerns with the location of the AC unit the issue was not able to be properly assessed in the dark. Randy was back first thing in the morning. Randy went above and beyond to try to address an issue with complications and made sure we were taken care of if the issue ever arose again.

Bryce was a very good technician. He was knowledge and good at explaining everything to me. I hope to see him here again.

From the get go Rescue One Air was great to work with! I had researched on Angi’s List of HVAC companies in our area - initially looking for repair to our 16 year old system! We chose Rescue One based on their BBB score and customer reviews.
I was impressed by the scheduler who ensured we would be taken care of quickly! Called on Monday, Technician Joshua D was to our home on Tuesday! Prompt, courteous, respectful of our home (wore slipper covers for his shoes) and wanting to be our ‘Hero’ for an easy fix, it was unfortunate it wasn’t an easy fix. Joshua walked us through what was wrong taking pictures in the attic and showing us in detail where the problems were. It was inevitable, we needed a new system. We had an idea of what it may cost for a new AC unit but we needed to replace all! Ugh!

Jesse and Christian were quick, thorough and friendly, even with our nervous doggie!

He did good, he said our unit was undersized for are square footage, it's been 10 years and no one had told us that before and we have never had any problems so don't know if it's true, I think we would of been told that by now. He didn't check or ask about the air filters, everyone else has always checked with us and either checked or changed them.

Always a joy working with Rescue one air, we had an amazing experience working with Randy Callan. Randy was very informative and respectful. Looking forward to working with Randy and the team for our future air cooling needs.

Their Techs are top notch! Adam did a great job and was very attentive in answering all our questions. He was happy to wear shoe covers and worked diligently to make a quick warranty repair. Great Job Adam and Rescue One. Thanks!

Matthew was fantastic. Came by for our maintenance. He was courteous and quick. Gave us a ton of information. He suggested fixing an item but we are going to delay a short period the suggested fixes as they aren't affecting current performance.

Alex from Rescue one came out with his teammate (I feel bad I didn't catch a name) They fixed our broken damper that had been stuck closed for what seemed like ages.

We're going to see how this fix worked, but they were on time and courteous every time I saw them.

Emmanuel, Evan and Alex did fantastic jobs.

Update 01/2024:

Had them out again for our maintenance and they did a few quality of life tweaks including duct cleaning and Aeroseal. can't wait to see how this reduces dust and improves our heating and cooling.
