The service tech Rae was great. He was polite, informed us what he was doing and seemed very knowledgeable.

Wayne was the consummate professional and is welcome in our house at any time. He took ample time inspecting our HVAC systems and explained his findings carefully and thoroughly. I look forward to a long-term working relationship with him.

Matthew was on point, on time, thorough and did a tuneup for summer. Will request him for next service.
New visit tech was Randy. This was his 3rd time here and Randy is always helpful and professional.

Rescue One Air recently added plumbing services to their capabilities and the plumber who replaced a toilet for us, Napoleon, did a great job. He was on time, had everything he needed, installed a new toilet, cleaned the entire area before and after his work, and was very professional. I highly recommend them for plumbing as well as AC.

Rescue One Air has been doing my annual maintenance for 4 years now. They are always courteous, professional and do an excellent job. This year there was a glitch in the work performed on the first service visit that wasn't any fault of mine. I paid the bill for a second service call to correct the glitch but wasn't very happy about it, as I told the service man. Within an hour after he left, the company controller contacted me and said my first original bill was about $40 too high which they were going to refund, AND they were going to refund my entire payment for the second visit. We received the check today. Not only do I appreciate the work they do, but more importantly, I respect their integrity and honesty. They will continue to be my heating/cooling company.
