He was working on the heater section so I'm guessing it was fixed. I asked him if he tried it to make sure it works an he said yes. I said I didn't feel the heat come on. He said he did a quick cycle and it was working

My air conditioning was not functioning well on the evening of July 19. Joshua Edwards, a technician with Rescue One Air, was at my house at 9:00 the next morning.
I was impressed with his knowledge. He diagnosed the problem and did the repair in less than 30 minutes. He supplied photos of the problem as well as the repair. Everything was well documented. Joshua was professional, polite, and expedient. I will request him if there are any future problems with my system.

My AC Unit took a Dump this Morning(Literally). Danny was so gracious and patient with me about explaining why I needed a New Unit. He took the time to show me step by step what is wrong with the Unit and I asked for suggestions about which unit I should purchase again he was totally honest about What size I need for square footage of my home. Awesome Customer Service from him.
