Rescue One CARES about their customers. They are professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. I love the lady who does my scheduling. She is great and lets my sister (I referred my sister because they are that amazing) and I schedule together since we live in close proximity to one another My serviceman is SILAS and he is absolutely AMAZING! He is not high pressure, he is HONEST, and he always answers all of my questions. SILAS is pleasant and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. My sister's AC went out during the heat of summer and they lent her cooling units until they could replace her very old AC unit. This saved her discomfort and literally saved her dog's life. Climbed the ladder to make sure the unit was working properly and made sure I had the start kit that would help with the operation of my unit. He went the extra mile and friendly as well.

I had an issue or a miscommunication with the lady named Valerie in the office earlier and she kind of put a sour note in my direction. But when Scott arrived a negative feeling turned positive. It’s very important to have the right people to work for a company especially if they’re the ones assisting the customers face to face.
