Best tech ever! I’m shocked at how much time and attention he put in to maintaining my equipment. Truth is no other tech did any of the preventative stuff he did. Josh is the most knowledgeable tech I’ve ever had. Just awesome.

Polite, friendly. Explain in detail my unit and the issues/concerns. Cleaned up afterwards. I’ve been using Rescue One since I purchased my home in 2020. I am very pleased with them. Clayton was awesome. Thank you Rescue One!!!!!!

Adam didnan excellent job fixing the npise our AC init was making. He also did a great job of checking and servicing the unit. He also was able to get us a new 5 year service warranty.

As always, I was very pleased with the service provided today for my home's A/C system; this time by Bryce and Alex. Both technician's are very professional, thorough, and friendly. They were very respectful of my property and presented an excellent report of their findings from the winter check-up I continue to be very happy to have chosen Rescue One to install and maintain my system.

Rae provided excellent service while conducting seasonal maintenance on my system. He did a great job of informing me of the unit’s current status along with items I should be aware of that may impact it in the future. Most importantly, I don’t feel that I will be blind-sided with any HVAC issues this winter or next summer.

Plumbing leak, Technician Napoleon Higuera was amazing, explained everything to me and made all the repairs needed. Found all the wrongly installed plumbing from home manufacturer and corrected them.

Mathew is the reason we chose rescue one to do our install of a new system. He showed kindness and honesty on a couple of service calls on our old system. Tyler was very nice and helpful on the navigation of our purchase . Thx!

Gabe was extremely friendly and professional. Will ask for him specifically next time we schedule service.

Isaac was knowledgeable, thorough and provided expert help. As a new homeowner, I had many questions about the noise the AC was making and Isaac took time to check every aspect of the unit and explain that what I was hearing was a defrost cycle—normal! He reviewed my home inspector's report and explained everything to me. I was grateful that the unit is under warranty and performing as expected.
