Rescue One Air

Rescue Air One has been servicing my AC for past 3 years and Clayton came by to completed my annual check up for the winter season and was really great. I asked him to replace my thermostat with a wifi enabled unit, and he did.

Nate and Jason were great! The job was a lot more complicated than they expected it to be, but they persisted until they found a solution and took the time to get it done. Thanks to Darren, too, for suggesting that there might be an alternative way to deal with the filter issue in the first place.

Update 12/30/25: Clayton was great, too! He wrestled out a difficult blower to clean it and was very polite. We appreciated that he showed us pictures and explained everything in detail.

December 22 2025: Bryce visited us for our winter HVAC service. He arrived promptly, having called us 15 minutes out to let us know his ETA, which we appreciated, and was thorough, detailed, personable, and informative during his visit. Bryce provided us with detailed information about the condition of the 2 units, potential issues down the road, and photographs to illustrate his observations. He changed our filters for us, and even offered to take away the old ones, which we really appreciated. Bryce was clearly very experienced in his field but was willing to take the time to explain everything so that a lay person like myself could understand.

Russel was great. Went right to work, completed the job and was very polite. I'm scheduling additional work today.
