Wayne was our scheduled tech. He was very thorough and clearly explained everything he was checking as well as the reasoning behind any recommendations for repair. He was knowledgeable about our home system and even suggested optimum ways to save on our energy use. He was also very quick during his visit.

Josh did a great job today and he is absolutely friendly guy very knowledgeable and polite too I would like to have him come out again to service my unit

Rescue One Air came over for a 24 point tune- up on my heater. Travis pointed out the needs and fawls on my a/c unit. Very professional. Explained areas with pictures that could help my unit in the long run. He also explained a 5yr warranty that would be very beneficial. Thank you, Travis.

Excellent technician and pleasant

Matthew from Rescue One was awesome!
He came for a regular winter check up on my AC unit . He found that a part needed to be changed
He explained the need of repair and the price.
He explained what was going to happen eventually if I chose not to repair that part.
The part was repaired that same day and data after the repair was shown to me . After the repair the starting amperes were in the recommended range
Next time I will request him again !!!
