Rescue One Air Heating + Cooling is a fantastic company. I recently had to replace my 23 year old HVAC system on my roof. They did a great job and they gave me a very good deal with a top of the line unit. I had been shopping around for a couple of years because I knew the system had some problems because its age and would eventually require replacement. Rescue One Air had the best deal in the valley. I want to thank Hector, Dean, Ivan, Nate and Anibal for their professionalism and skill in removing the old system and replacing the new system on my roof. All went so smoothly and I am so pleased with my new system. Thank you!

Matt Z., the tech that came out to complete my bi-annual tune-up, was the best! He's friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and GENUINELY a caring person. When he had completed the tune-up and was providing advice for the preventive maintenance that needs to be done soon I actually felt heard when I told him I just couldn't afford it right now. He wasn't pushy or suddenly in a hurry to wrap things up, like many other techs. He continued to be friendly and conversational. BUT... he did tell me, as we were finishing up the appointment, that when I am ready he will help by bundling services to make the cost more affordable. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal to some folks. But I know that timely preventive care is what will make my unit last an extra 5 - 7 years. So by not pressuring me and then still offering the extra help when I can afford it made it a BIG DEAL to me.😁 👍

I wanted someone to take a look at my digital thermostat and why my heater was not turning on. The tech, Nick, came after setting up an appointment via the phone. The tech took his time to make sure the unit will work as it should. Explained to me what his process was and how it would be resolved. Offer a two services check up for free after my appointment. Overall I have a working unit and nothing to really add other than this.

Very polite and professional. He gave me good advice on filter changes.
