Shane was very helpful with explaining what needed to be done, and very friendly attitude throughout.

David came today and was professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did, took his time and gave us a written report with suggestions.
I am glad to have called Rescue One in that if I have any future concerns with my furnace or AC, I will call them.

This preventative maintenance service (2x a year) was offered as part of an overall installation of A/C units that we purchased a few years ago. Clayton was very professional and trustworthy. He performed a thorough review and made good recommendations with no pressure.

Clayton did a fantastic job. He checked the main system in the attic and the outside units as well. Since they hadn’t been washed in some time, he made sure they were cleaned and reassembled.

These guys helped me get a new unit on my home about 3 yrs ago & have been excellent about checking in and maintenance! Techs are amazing and informative! Gabe was super nice and very patient taking tine to answer all my questions. Tyler was also extremely helpful

Matt was so good! Took the time to not only explain to us what was wrong and how to fix it before it became a major problem but also showed us pictures. He was very knowledgeable and informative and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need! Gave us a good deal too!! Happy customer for sure!!

We have lived in Arizona for 3 1/2 years. My wife and I bought a casita in July of 2022 that had not been updated. The American Standard Air Conditioner/Furnace was 28 years old so we were referred to C&W Air who had a very good reputation. Unfortunately, the owner of C&W Air decided to retire soon after our new American Standard unit was installed. The retirement letter stated that C&W Air had searched out a very highly rated company called Rescue One Air and that they would be our new contact. Rescue Air had good reviews so we decided to use their services.

We are happy to report they have done our 6 month checkups on time and do a very thorough job of maintaining our unit under a 5 year service contract that we purchased. The technicians have been very professional and polite.

Fast forward about 3 years. My son decided to buy a property...

I have used Rescue One Air for 2 years now. I purchased a maintenance agreement where they service my unit twice a year. Today Mathew Zolnierczyk was the technician. He was exceptionally professional and explained every detail he was servicing. He was quick and thorough. I would highly recommend Rescue One Air and Mathew!

Bought my unit in 2020 this morning when I got up it didn't sound right.. called Rescue One Air and they came out right away!
