I highly recommend RescueOne Air. I have been using this company for 4 years. They come on time, are efficient, are not in a rush, pricing seems reasonable and have done little extras. When there is an issue, they really work hard to get to the root of the issue and do a good job explaining what it is. Other companies try to upsell, but I haven’t experienced that with Rescue One. My last visit was with Matt and Richard and they like the others, seemed very professional and consumer-focused. They gave an honest assessment of the condition of my heat pump and were very conscientious. I highly recommend Rescue One Air.

In august when it was 114 * out air conditioning unit went out. We called Rescue One and had someone out the next day. After checking it ,the determination was he would need to replace the unit or rebuild it. We chose to have it rebuilt. David Wright came back a few days later and spent hours in the heat, to repair the air conditioner . He earned his money that day. He is a very hard worker and should be commended. We recently purchased a new AC unit from Rescue One after our 6 year old unit died. The process has been good. Today was our follow up appointment to make sure the system was working well. Update to the update: Silas came out and was able to fix the issue very quickly. There was a switch ch ybat was not pushed in so the system wasn't getting any power.

UPDATED: AC no longer works. This was just supposed to be a routine check and now the system won't work at all and there is a concerning smell in the house that's become worse over the course of the day.
