Honestly I could not be happier with this company. We called late at night because our A/C had shut off. Sooooo many other companies either didn’t answer or couldn’t come out for days, which is fair because it’s the middle of summer in AZ! But not Rescue One. They were able to come out early the next morning and the technician, Jim, was as nice as could be! It turned out to be electrical and he didn’t even charge us. He gave us great advice and we were able to get the breaker changed out and the unit back running. He was so nice that we called him back out to do a once-over because it seemed to be working way too hard. He came out the following day and did such a thorough job of telling us what was going on and gave us lots of options. We researched companies and decided to go with Rescue One Air - they merged with cw air conditioning which is how we found them because they had great reviews on social media.

Jacob was our first experience who said he trained with CW and he was outstanding. But then we had Randy sent out the following week when our second one went out. A little disappointed that we couldn’t get the other tech again but we couldn’t believe that Randy was outstanding too! We ended up having 3 units replaced a few weeks ago and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jacob and Randy came out on separate occasions- they both were honest and helpful. I’ve been having problems with a new air handle that was installed two years ago by a company that went out of business. I called Rescue1 and they have been working with me as if they were the original installers. We couldn’t be more thankful for this company! We had 4 different hvac companies to our home over 2 years, everyone would tell us something different and no one would listen to what we were actually saying and would talk over us and tell us we were wrong. But when Silas came out, he genuinely took the time to listen to what was going on and never spoke over us and tried everything to find a solution and not jump to the simplest conclusion. He never made us feel like we were being dismissed, he wanted to actually help! He ended up coming back out 4 times and never once seemed annoyed or irritated by us either! The Rescue One Air technicians always do a good job at normal maintenance and repair. Most recently, Josh Edwards did a really great job on some routine maintenance for our air conditioning units (so important in Phoenix). He provided pictures, did a thorough cleaning, gave us some options for further cleaning, and generally did a really great job. Read more >
