I asked Terry to come evaluate the radon system the previous owners had installed as our level was right below 4 when we bought and we wanted to maximize the system. Then we tested again while the house had been closed up for the winter and our level was well over 4!! She immediately flagged inadequacies with the current system and outlined a plan to put in a better vapor barrier, while using what they could of our current system. Joe came for the install and was very kind and professional- outlined the project when he got there and then showed us the work he had done when finished. One look at our crawl space and you could tell this was a better system. We just got our new results back and they are incredibly low! So so happy with the service and support from Reliant Radon. You can tell they truly care about homeowner safety!

I loved working with Terry from Reliabt Radon solutions - she gave an estimate right away and answered all my questions promptly. So easy to work with!!! I was so happy with the installation process - Jay was on time, courteous and did a great job - everything looked neat and clean on completion.. going above and beyond what they are
contractually obligated to do to make the total experience as easy and hassle free as possible. In our case, Terry even helped us line up moving support when we ran into a problem that threatened to sabotage our move altogether. I have nothing but high praise for Reliant Radon!

My installation was the "cleanest" installation of any home repair or installation I have ever had. Joe left no trace or clue that he was ever in my home. The company provided sketches of the installation for HOA approval, and made the whole process very easy. I would recommend Reliant Radon Solutions to anyone.

Joe was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Before starting the job, he went over everything with me making sure all my questions were answered. When he was finished he explained clearly all that he did and what I needed to do in order to do my own radon test in 48 hours. I wish all workmen that come to my home would be as knowledgeable and professional at their jobs as Joe was at his.
