I was selling a formerly family occupied home, which had been converted to a rental property over the past 10 years. I live in Maryland and had tried unsuccessfully to sell the home previously and had a very bad experience with a former realtor. When it became apparent that our house had to be sold, I did not know where to start. I reached out to a company based on a referral in July 2023 and unfortunately there was barely any foot traffic and no offers. There were at least four or more homes for sale in my neighborhood.
