Very impressed Red or Green inspections. Clients loved the binder and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the inspection. They even located a tiny drill hole from termite treatment 8 years prior! They warranty their inspections as well which few companies do. Highly recommend

Red or Green Inspections were great ! They showed up promptly. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and professional, and they answered all our questions. I would recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. Joe showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, invited questions and made sure I understood the answers. His explanations of the services offered were clear and the binder he gave me was quite comprehensive. Even my realtor was impressed! The cooler of soft drinks and the bowl of candy were unexpected treats. He promised the report within 244 hours and he delivered. I would recommend him without qualifications.

The entire process with these guys was enjoyable! Not only did they do a superior job, they brought cold refreshments, a bowl of candy, offered to make me popcorn while they tested the microwave, sent me of with several digital resources and even thought enough to print a sweet little certificate for my son's room that guaranteed "Monster Free"!
