The wonderful people at Red Mountain Funeral Home were over the top helpful and went out of their way to take care of us when we needed help the most . I am very grateful for their help.

McClain at Red Mountain was extremely professional and helpful. We did advance planning and when the time arrived, everything was like clockwork. The most critical thing was that there was no attempt to upsell or manipulate us during the planning process or at the end when we needed the cremation services. They were so great to deal with and made that part of the painful process painless.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. My wife was cremated and I had no service there so my contact with them was somewhat abbreviated, but I was very happy with the accommodations they did provide.

They were extremely kind and sympathetic to my needs. Also very helpful if I needed anything else.

I love Red Mountain Funeral Home because the level of excellence in their service is superb. Everyone in their office was very courteous, and knowledgeable, also the gentleman that came to our home to attend to my husband transport was kind and compassionate showing the outmost respects and dignity. The staff at Red Mountain Funeral Home was so kind and helpful to me with all the paperwork and questions I had. They were also very patient with me when I couldn't seem to move through the process of laying my husband to rest at a quicker pace; I often got stuck and just froze inside, I guess from not wanting to believe this was happening. I think I spoke with all of them at least once, and Diana was a true blessing. I highly recommend their services to everyone who needs a little extra kindness and compassion during the final decision making process of your loved one's journey back to Heaven, where ultimately we all go and will see each other again.

This funeral home was very efficient, caring and professional. They helped us through a very hard time and McClain was wonderful with us. He's a good man with lots of experience and did not try to oversell anything.

Red Mountain Funeral Home(RMFH)was an excellent choice! McClain who help us out was truly a blessing with helping our family plan the service for my baby sister! I have worked in Sales and trust me, the previous funeral homes we visited prior to Red Mountain Funeral Home either had a sales pitch or just did not feel right for us. McClain was very empathetic in this time of need. He listened to us and gave us the options based on what we discussed. Never did he upsell anything. He heard exactly what we wanted and matched up the service they could offer us. In our particular situation we had to have an intimate family viewing prior to the cremation process. It was amazing how they made my sister look as she was napping while we made our last goodbye! I truly appreciate RMFH for giving us the best farewell to baby sis I could have had! It has been some time since my Father's unexpected passing during Covid. As time begins to heal the heart you reflect on the all those who helped support you and your needs during this difficult time. So very grateful to Voss and Diana, and their entire team, for helping my family get my Father back to Chicago to the entire family in the most speedy fashion.
