The RedFish team arrived early to the inspection! The team was cordial and professional, answering our questions thoughtfully. They made use of up-to-date technology and were able to immediately show us any problem areas, as well as the needed corrections. They removed their shoes inside the home so as to avoid tracking in dirt and leaves. This is our third home to purchase. It is an older home and so we needed details. RedFish delivered beautifully. Redfish has now done two inspections for us. We put a contract on a house and had RedFish do the inspection. The owner, Will, told us the house had been well cared for but that we should get a stucco and brick specialist to look at the house because of proper installation of the rock trim on the part of the builder. We did, and it turns out that there had been leaking in two large areas and a major repair was required to adequately fix the issue. The owners refused to fix the problem, and we terminated the contract during the dscovery phase.

We are thankful for Will's expertise and advice. We were saved from a great deal of stress and the loss of thousands ($20,000+)
in repair costs by this inspection.
