My experience was great, I didn’t feel like I was in the way and the inspector explained everything.

The job seemed to be very through complete with pictures and written reccomendations.

They are very thorough, the inform my clients as to the maintenance they should preform and they give they very good information on what needs to be done prior too closing and why. Their purpose is only to make the buyer informed as to what the condition of the mechanical devices in the property. If you want red carpet service, use red carpet inspections.
