Great communication. Called ahead for pricing and availability. Availability was available for the next day. And was able to add termite inspection as well. Inspector was knowledgeable and on time. Report was available within 24 hrs. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Jerome did a great job of not only doing a detailed home inspection but also explaining things to me throughout the process in a way that was easy to understand. He allowed me to follow along with the inspection and pointed things out to me throughout so I could see them with my own eyes. He also brought pictures of hard to reach areas to me so I could see what he was talking about. Overall, he was very professional, thorough, and good at communicating.
