Did my pre drywall inspection, was very thorough and caught even the tiniest of missteps even if it was something that was still being worked on. Good communication from start to finish, will be using their services again in the near future.

Jerome was extremely thorough and knowledgable on the home inspection process and requirements. He was open to answering any questions my wife and I had. Inspector Jerome Alston has done it again! He completed the home inspection for our home that we sold back in April. I'm reading inspection report and this is UNBELIEVABLY thorough...
And laid out in such a way that is so digestible.. I stopped at this picture where I could see the actual GLISTEN on the water drops for the condensation 😂 and had to stop and appreciate how thorough and of quality report is.
