Jerome and Aaron were the definition of professional! They were early to the inspection and were very friendly. It was pouring rain for my home inspection, but they were out there with smiles and umbrella hats! Jerome even let me wear it so he could show me an issue under the deck. Jerome inspected outside and Aaron inspected inside. Both of them we super thorough, pointing out things as small as mismatch screws. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable when letting me follow them around and ask questions. The report they provided was super impressive and very easy for a non-handy person to understand. They got the report back to me under 24 hours and even followed up with a call to answer any outstanding questions. I would recommend them to others for sure!

They pointed things out to me through the process and if I had an questions, they took time out to respond to my concerns. Of course I am not a home inspector and don't know everything to look for, but they pointed out a lot of things that I surprisingly missed, whether big or small.
