They arrived 10 minutes before inspection time and spent 2 hours walking and checking the home for maintenance concerns. Their inspection report is super easy to read and follow! As a first time home buyer, they put my mind at ease. I used Red Carpet home inspections for a rental property I bought in Haymarket VA. I needed a quick inspection within a 2 day window. They were quick to return my call and were out at the property the next day. They informed me of the current issues of my potential buy and issues to look out for in the future.
