Our inspector Jerome was incredibly thorough with every detail of our house of interest. He also went above and beyond to share his expertise and educate us about different aspects of maintaining the house that were not necessarily pertinent to the inspection report. He provided not only a detailed report but took the time to walk me through all recommendations, safety hazards, and items that weren't up to code. Aaron was very thorough and trusting. I felt safe knowing that he would review the property as if he was purchasing it himself. Throughout the entire process, Aaron explained the procedure and next steps which made me feel at ease.
