Rebuildex was referred to us as general contractor by our insurance company to repair substantial damage caused by a water issue. Although skeptical at first and in spite of encountering some issues, we are ultimately happy with the result. Rebuildex managed the estimating process very well with our insurance company and we had no issues or delay due to the budget. This was a huge plus. We had early quality issues with some of the subcontractor work that was frustrating to resolve. The second half of the rebuild went much better as Rebuildex spent more time setting expectations and managing the subs. This was a very large project and required more coordination and on site management of subs than Rebuildex deployed. I had to be much more involved day to day than I should have been. When my home had a large amount of water damage Rebuildex responded quickly. They helped move furniture and removed materials necessary to get all of the water dry. They then put everything back together for me and handled the insurance process as well. Everyone involved was kind and cordial and I felt very comfortable with all of the workers who came to help.

Rob Harrington and his Rebuildex team worked quickly and diligently to repair damages in our house from a storm. Rob set up teams and a timetable to restore it back to original condition.
