On Dec 4, 2020 my bathroom toilet decided to explode all over the floor, the hallway, my back room and some in the front room. Plummer came stopped the flow cleared the line, First Response came to clean the mess and then Corey Wade from RebuildEx came and brought all the wonderful workmen from the company and they saved me. After having storm damage to our house, Rebuildex came to our house the next morning, provided emergency repair work. While there they assessed the damage and then put a plan in place to provide permanent repairs. Rob Harrington was the point person I had throughout. We decided to hire Rebuildex since they are a certified contractor with our insurance company and utilized the same software system as our insurance company which made for cohesive sharing of information with regard to repair estimates and related details. We had a very large pine tree fall and crash through a section of our roof causing reasonably extensive damage. Rebuildex was quick to get our home buttoned up after the tree was removed from our roof which was crucial as we had 2 or 3 snowstorms in the days that followed. The overall work that was done to reconstruct our roof framing, roof shingling and son’s room was done in a very professional manner.
