If you are looking for a professional real estate broker, I strongly recommened Ashley Garrett Residential Brokerage. The broker, Reatha, is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, has integrity and a strong work ethic. She was laser focused in finding me a property that met my needs. As a senior citizen it was very important to work with a person I could trust to represent me in a real estate transaction. She kept me up to date on new properties that were on the market and met my needs. When I came across my ideal property out of what we viewed, she was able to assist in moving things forward within the time period I desired. Amazing. I received all documents to review and sign as required by the industry and governmental regulations. I was never in the dark as to the status of the transaction. She was thorough with documentation and proactive when several fixes had to be addressed after the home inspection. There are no words to explain how awesome Retha Buttler had been through my Purchasing of my home in Colorado my situation was very devastating my husband of which Ritha and I went out on numerous occasions looking at homes together she worked diligently with us my husband passed of coronavirus in January and of course I move suddenly back to Colorado and Reatha held firmly to what she knew my husband wanted what I wanted and what she knew I should have again there are no words to explain how awesome I feel about Reatha Buttler and her being my real estate agent.
