I was feeling helpless and frustrated as I tried to contact hospitals and doctors with no luck to get help with my pregnancy ultrasound and check ups. I made an appointment not knowing what to expect. I am glad I did, the stuff were super helpful and beyond. Thank you all for the wonderful service.

I LOVED RealOptions Medical Clinic on the Alameda, San Jose location because I was seen quickly after scheduling an appointment. I walked in nervous as it is my first time being pregnant and all I kept thinking was can I see my baby via Ultrasound? I wanted peace of mind that there was a heart beat and a baby in my stomach. Ever since my first appointment about 2 weeks ago my life has completely changed. I am going to be somebody's mother. I felt safe and in good hands with compassionate and very supportive medical professionals. This is a safe and very welcoming clinic where you and your baby will feel supported no matter the circumstances surrounding your pregnancy. Thank you RealOptions Medical.

I went here for my second pregnancy. I brought my son and everyone was so warm and welcoming to both of us. I appreciated the amount of time the nurse spent with me during the ultrasound. She was so thorough with measurements and checking the heart beat. Everyone at Real Options made me feel like my pregnancy is important and it matters. At the end of the ultrasound we got little booties as a gift to congratulate us on our new baby 🥹

RealOptions made me feel comfortable and welcome at all times. They gave me wonderful information about all the things they assist with, along with other resources. The staff were amazing at making sure I felt well informed and ready. I truly would recommend them to anyone who needs someone to talk to when it comes to pregnancy related things, child resources, and getting tests done.

THE BEST CLINIC EVER!

The most comfortable clinic I have ever been in. Staffs in RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Central San Jose are so lovely and caring. It never felt like they were rushing you. They explained everything really well and precisely. Would really recommend them to everyone.

This place is such a blessing to have around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They sure look after your needs with the utmost care. What surprised me the most is the many forms of assistance they provide for new moms.
