Very nice people and super helpful

I had my appointment and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! They are so warm and welcoming. Right when we entered they offered us water and colouring pages with colours for my kids and they were so helpful and offered to watch my son when he was crying! They offered so much at this clinic and are so professional! They gave alot of freebies and gave me these cute little shoes for my new baby! They give alot of information as well for honestly everything you need or are worried about and how to get the help! If I was to recommend someone to any Obgyn clinic I would say this place 100 times over.

I had my very first prenatal appointment today, and it was such a wonderful experience! Everyone was incredibly kind and made us feel so cared for from the moment we arrived. They took the time to answer all our questions and made everything feel easy and reassuring. Mary, Lily, and Cheryl were amazing — we couldn’t have asked for better care. I can’t say enough good things about RealOptions in San Jose. I already knew I was pregnant but was having trouble with my Medi-Cal insurance, so I wasn’t sure where to start or who to turn to. After finding RealOptions online, I reached out — and within the same day, Mary contacted me to set up an appointment. She was also the one to greet me at the front desk, which made it feel even more personal.

The whole clinic was clean, warm, and welcoming. Everyone I met was so kind and open — there was absolutely no judgment, just genuine care. Lily, one of the head coaches, walked me through everything with such compassion and clarity. During the ultrasound, I was a little nervous, but the sweetest nurse named Alyssa completely calmed my nerves — she was an absolute angel and made the experience so special.
