RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Central San Jose

I had such an amazing experience at the Central SJ RealOptions clinic. I filled out an online application/request form and was contacted same day for an appointment the next week. The location was great, there was plenty of parking and the office was nice and cozy. The entire staff were so nice and informative. Everything they do is extremely thorough and they give tons of information. I’d highly recommend RealOptions and this location to any new parents or anyone looking for the care they offer.

We had an amazing experience at Real Options Obria Medical Clinics during our very first prenatal appointment and ultrasound. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for. The clinic was clean, calm, and very well organized, which helped ease our nerves as first-time parents.

Sheryl, our RN, was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Seeing our baby during the ultrasound was such a special moment, and Sheryl and the rest of the staff made it even more meaningful by being so reassuring and kind.

I Went to this clinic and received excellent care. The staff were very friendly and you could tell how much they cared about me. They gave me a free ultrasound and I got to see my baby's little heartbeat at 6 weeks! On my way out they gave me little baby booties knitted by a group of women. They are adorable! They also offered things such as maternity clothes at a certain number of weeks that I can come back for, and resources such as diapers after baby is born! I feel very supported. They gave my husband a little pamphlet about the fathers role of support and gave me many resources which will be very helpful in our current financial situation. It was a really lovely experience and I can't wait to go back when it's time to pick up some supplies!

I love it here! They are the sweetest can be! I feel comfortable and collected when I have my appointments. I'm very far from home and family so to have a welcoming and safe environment to be able to go to is a blessing. Would most definitely recommend others who are expecting/etc to come here.❤️
