I first came here to Real Options when I found I out was pregnant back in October of 2023. I am forever grateful for the very helpful and supportive medical team and office staff at Real Options. I don't feel alone in my pregnancy when I came in for visits. Highly recommended to all pregnant women for any assistance during their pregnancy. My baby is loved and well taken care of here.

Amazing service all staff is extremely sweet and really care about there patients gave me a lot of good knowledge for a first time mom I went for my first ultra sound and was so thankful for all the amazing women who work there definitely recommend this office.

This is one of the best medical facilities I have ever worked with. The staff was very professional and kind, the facility was clean and state of the art. They had new ultrasound machines that provided so much information and my nurse was extremely knowledgeable, answering every question my husband and I had. Would highly recommend this facility to any individual.

I recently visited the RealOption suspecting I was pregnant, and I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Liz, Mary and the dedicated nurse . From navigating paperwork to providing invaluable advice, their warmth and patience made me feel right at home. Their support turned what could have been a daunting experience into a comforting one. Amazing clinic with amazing staff. My nurse was Cheryl who took so much time with me and was so caring. The person checking me in was Alley and she was super friendly and personable as well. Mary, the front desk staff was very welcoming and even embraced me with a prayer before I left. It was something I needed that brought me peace. I highly recommend Real Options. I have never experienced such love and care at a medical facilities from complete strangers. I felt so comfortable and look forward to my next appointment tomorrow.

I LOVED RealOptions Medical Clinic on the Alameda, San Jose location because I was seen quickly after scheduling an appointment. I walked in nervous as it is my first time being pregnant and all I kept thinking was can I see my baby via Ultrasound? I wanted peace of mind that there was a heart beat and a baby in my stomach. Ever since my first appointment about 2 weeks ago my life has completely changed. I am going to be somebody's mother. I felt safe and in good hands with compassionate and very supportive medical professionals. I went here for my second pregnancy. I brought my son and everyone was so warm and welcoming to both of us. I appreciated the amount of time the nurse spent with me during the ultrasound. She was so thorough with measurements and checking the heart beat. Everyone at Real Options made me feel like my pregnancy is important and it matters. At the end of the ultrasound we got little booties as a gift to congratulate us on our new baby 🥹
