I had a great experience here at Real Options. All the staff is very helpful. They answered all of my questions and provided helpful answers. I would recommend Real Options to anyone looking for helpful information for pregnancy.

Real Options has been a wonderful resource from the moment I found out I was pregnant until now. All the staff I've ever met have been so kind and helpful. I'm so glad my sweet friend referred me here when I needed the help.

Glad we decided to come to this clinic. The staff crew were amazing. We checked in before our appointment time but it wasn't long after we got called back. Raquel and Andrea were so nice and welcoming. Love this clinic.

This is an amazing place for anyone that's pregnant, needing information or support . I recommend to any mother or soon to be . I am a young mother myself, coming in with little knowledge of being a parent or how to start my pregnancy journey I left with more information than I can think of . This is a really good place.

The staff is super nice and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and you can tell they genuinely care about you. The place is very clean too !

They helped me with my first sonogram and helped direct me to a prenatal care provider in 2015.Also they have a donation closet.

They plant themselves next to Planned Parenthood intentionally. They are 1st and 2nd Trimester care for the uninsured or available for those in need for whatever special circumstance that would bring them there. They are pro-life and that's why they sit so close to planned parent hood, for those who want to keep their baby will get directed to Real Options from Planned Parenthood.

RealOptions Pregnancy Medical Clinics in San Jose is a place that understands me and did not judge me. If you need a place to go and feel lost this is the place for you.

My counselor was a great woman, other girls should talk to her more often.

Real Options Medical Center is just amazing. My husband and I were definitely not planning on getting pregnant, and most of all, we weren’t financially prepared. Real Options didn’t require anything from us (no applying, no proving our financial status, no proving our citizenship…), but was there for us every step of the way. I got a free pregnancy test and ultrasound right away, and that was necessary for me to get on Medi-Cal (the nurse made up a written statement to authenticate my pregnancy for Medi-Cal). The ultrasounds were so special. It was such a treat to be able to see our son as such a young age, especially when we didn’t have the money for that kind of a luxury. They were there for us no matter what decision we wanted to make about our pregnancy. They gave us free parenting and birthing classes, which included a whole lot of free baby items.
