I don’t know where to begin with this review. From the moment we stepped inside we knew we were in good hands. From the friendly and amazing receptionists, to the nurse that made sure my wife felt comfortable and understood everything that was said (my wife does not speak English natively so I was translating). We went to a clinic in the past for prenatal care and tests and were honestly worried to go to another after the initial experience. I wish we came here first! If you need an initial prenatal visit, or if you are lucky enough to be admitted full time here, take my word and get the absolute beat care that is available!

I loved my most recent visit at Real options in Central San Jose because everyone was so nice!!! Cheryl was my counselor who was really helpful and so sweet. Margaret was my previous counselor and I was glad they knew each other. I shared that Margaret was my advocate to get married to my husband and what a great decision that was to have our child within our marriage. We're now expecting our third baby and we're more than excited to be back at Real options for our third time. I have been coming here since 2012 when I had my first child and what a wonderful experience it is every time. These ladies are always lovely, so welcoming and sweet every one of our visits. Really sweet and helpful staff

The whole team is really god sent. Service is beyond exceptional. Never had I met a nurse who would spent 2 hours with me in the room, not only to do the ultrasound, but also provided me with strong emotional support with compassion and patience, and very informative educational resources. The staff did a fantastic job to calm me down and comfort me. I feel reassured and deeply cared for. The best clinic I have ever been. Thank you for your dedication in helping women who feel lost and overwhelmed.

The entire staff at RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics of Central San Jose are super friendly, kind, sympathetic, and amazing genuine people. They are easy to talk to. I felt like I could share my concerns without them judging me in any way, shape, or form. I felt so loved, and I would definitely come back! I loved Real Options of Central San Jose. The consultation I had with a lovely lady( sorry, I forgot her name) was awesome. I got all the information needed. The nurse who took my ultrasound explained me everything that I haven’t experienced anywhere before. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely refer anyone to this place.

These women are absolute ANGELS. I have had such a terrible experience with different hospitals in the San Jose area since recently moving here and it has been so heartbreaking.. then I finally find this place and it's the best experience I've ever had!! They saw me at short notice even when I was having issues with my insurance and we're just so sweet and kind I almost cried when I left not even kidding! It was such a relief. I recommend them to everyone and every pregnant mama!!

I was treated kindly and with much respect while at the clinic. I struggled that morning to get an appointment and they made sure to help in any way they could and squeezed me in.
