I was treated kindly and with much respect while at the clinic. I struggled that morning to get an appointment and they made sure to help in any way they could and squeezed me in. I am thankful for their service and the kind people working at the clinic. I will definitely visit again in the future and I will make sure to spread the word to others.

I am very happy with Real Options Obria Medical Clinic in San Jose because i came in asking for help and they attended me right away! They offered me everything i needed! I am very happy with the way the staff is in there very caring amazing sevice so nice and polite! I have nothing to complain! It was my 1st time going here and ever hearing about it and it was a good experience. Its afdordable and all the extra things, like matermity clothes, baby items, and the hand made beanies and socks are awesome. I really liked the front desk lady who helped me. She was very informative and the RN who did my ultra sound was extra nice and not once did I feel judged or awkward in any way.

Real Options of Central San Jose is absolutely amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I felt so comfortable with the staff and feel truly blessed to have found this clinic. Real Options takes a holistic approach to treatment and provides education, resources and support that many other clinics do not.

Awesome clinic! So glad I found a facility for my prenatal care and the whole team was amazing. What’s even better is that they’re a Medi-cal office and have been beyond helpful with providing resources for low-income families such as mine. An extra bonus are the cute little gifts they offer that you can choose from like handmade baby booties and burp cloths. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

This clinic is amazing! I recently lost my health insurance and I was able to see my baby girl within 2 days!! Everyone here is so sweet from the receptionist to the nurse Andy & Liz. I am so grateful for all the information and help they gave me. I wish I would've found this place sooner!
