Real Options made me feel so comfortable and extremely happy in the process with telling us congratulations and the doctor who did my check up was beyond helpful and empathetic to my situation and truly made me feel like i wasn’t alone. My boyfriend and i are so beyond happy with the experience and treatment we received along with all the resources! Would definitely recommend to come and would love to come again myself.

This was my first time here but I have 0 regrets! The front desk people are amazing and very quick to help with whatever you need. The doctor that checked my girlfriend was extremely understanding and allowed this experience to be very smooth. She even offered advice and resources to help throughout our pregnancy. I am extremely grateful for this experience.

I went in for my first time for an ultrasound and to confirm my pregnancy is going well and everyone in the office made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would be coming back for prenatal care.

I had such an amazing experience at the Central SJ RealOptions clinic. I filled out an online application/request form and was contacted same day for an appointment the next week. The location was great, there was plenty of parking and the office was nice and cozy. The entire staff were so nice and informative. Everything they do is extremely thorough and they give tons of information. I’d highly recommend RealOptions and this location to any new parents or anyone looking for the care they offer.

The clinic was clean, calm, and very well organized, which helped ease our nerves as first-time parents.

Sheryl, our RN, was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Seeing our baby during the ultrasound was such a special moment, and Sheryl and the rest of the staff made it even more meaningful by being so reassuring and kind.

I Went to this clinic and received excellent care. The staff were very friendly and you could tell how much they cared about me. They gave me a free ultrasound and I got to see my baby's little heartbeat at 6 weeks! On my way out they gave me little baby booties knitted by a group of women. They are adorable! They also offered things such as maternity clothes at a certain number of weeks that I can come back for, and resources such as diapers after baby is born! I feel very supported. They gave my husband a little pamphlet about the fathers role of support and gave me many resources which will be very helpful in our current financial situation. It was a really lovely experience and I can't wait to go back when it's time to pick up some supplies!

I had my appointment and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! They are so warm and welcoming. Right when we entered they offered us water and colouring pages with colours for my kids and they were so helpful and offered to watch my son when he was crying! They offered so much at this clinic and are so professional! They gave alot of freebies and gave me these cute little shoes for my new baby! They give alot of information as well for honestly everything you need or are worried about and how to get the help! If I was to recommend someone to any Obgyn clinic I would say this place 100 times over.
