Jeff Macatangy, Maintenance Coordinator at True Door Property impresses me with his knowledge, experience and passion to help home owners better maintain their properties while he fulfills tenants’ needs. He always responds to service requests in a timely manner, and he calls home owners to provide them detailed updates and advice for cost efficient maintenance solutions. He makes himself available to his clients whenever is possible to answer their questions and address their issues. I would not think twice to reach out to him for anything relevant to property management and maintenance.

I hear a lot of nightmare stories about Property Management companies. That is not the case with TrueDoor. Our Manager, Jose Gomez, provides an exceptional level of customer service. We never feel left in the dark and we always feel like we are being taken care of.

I have overall been very satisfied with the service and professionalism of TrueDoor Management. I was hesitant at first to take on the responsibility and perhaps headaches of being a property owner with tenants. They made it very seamless and relatively easy. In particular I was very confident with my assigned maintenance representative, Jose Gomez. He was excellent at keeping close communication with us regarding projects and their status. He demonstrated concern for both our issues and those of the tenants. I never had to stress about what was happening. The remainder of the TrueDoor team was likewise excellent. The only reason we are leaving is because we are selling the property. I highly recommend them.
