Overall a very dissapointing experience. What seemed to be going well at first, quickly made a turn for the worst when we started communicating with the leasing manager Mahir Patel. Mahir quickly showed his colors, he only cares about his personal goals and not about helping his clients. No social skills, doesn't care, and not helpful at all, even borderline disrespectful.

What's worse, we had our move-in date set for a Wednesday, we moved in on the next Sunday and the house wasn't even ready for it yet, they did some worked on that weekend and left the house in a mess, not to mention they went in, without our acknowledgment and permission. When we asked them about it, he even threw under the bus the owner of the house and when we talked to the owner, they had no idea what Mahir was talking about... he clearly lacks communication skills, lies to protect himself and...

Mahir a Truedoor was such a pleasure to work with. He was a very big help every step of the way and made our move go very smoothly. Would highly recommend!
